Direction: The story behind the name 'Apex' was a goal charted to place the company as the peak in the real estate market. The conceptualization process for the branding sought to utilize this idea and visualize it as the face of the brand; shown primarily in the use of negative space in the logo to resemble a mountain peak. Moreover, the choice of visuals, typefaces and color schemes led to a decision to highlight the brand's tone of voice: Bold, powerful, and reliable. This can be seen mainly in the use of bold and sharp fonts as well as a contrasting color palette.
